Yes! You can request your favourite songs to be added to your handheld. Just let us know what you’d like when ordering or contact us beforehand.
Do you offer support after I receive my order?
Yes. Our relationship with you doesn’t end when the package arrives. If you have a question, need help with your handheld or aren’t sure how something works, you can reach out and we’ll help you through it.

That’s completely fine. Ask us anything before you buy. We’d rather spend a few minutes answering your questions and make sure you know exactly what you’re getting than have you place an order without being comfortable with it.
